Jon Cortell is the principal of CDG, and partner of LMXD, a newly formed affiliate of Larchmont, NY-based L+M Development Partners LLC. To date, Jon's work has involved affordable, mixed use and mixed income development in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California and the District of Columbia.
